🧠 Jr. Account Manager – (2–5 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive impactful medical publishing and education campaigns for our pharmaceutical partners. You’ll be the face of our company to clients—building trust, shaping strategy, and ensuring the seamless execution of high-quality content across formats like infographics, articles, podcasts, microsites, and webinars. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, campaign success, and long-term business growth.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

🔗 Client Engagement & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and strategic communication.
  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop and present campaign strategies that align with client objectives and leverage our full suite of content formats.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Share post-campaign insights and analytics to demonstrate impact and guide future initiatives.

📈 Campaign Development & Execution

  • Translate client goals into actionable campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee publishing and content delivery across multiple channels, managing over $1 million in inventory annually.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Editorial, Design, Sales, and Analytics teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Coordinate with external contributors such as Medical Writers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure scientific accuracy and relevance.
  • Facilitate alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities.

🧩 Process & Quality Management

  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep campaigns on track.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

🧠 Strategic Growth

  • Spot opportunities to expand client accounts through new formats, services, or referrals.
  • Use data-driven insights to support recommendations and strategic decisions.
  • Advocate for client needs internally and help shape product offerings based on market demand.
