We’re seeking an experienced higher education leader to serve as the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Research & Effectiveness. This key position reports directly to the President and is responsible for directing the college’s accreditation efforts, data reporting, strategic planning, grants, and institutional effectiveness initiatives.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role for a forward-thinking leader who thrives on collaboration, compliance, and data-informed decision-making.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base pay range for this position is $95,000 annually, not including benefits or additional compensation. Your final offer will consider experience, skills, and internal equity.
