Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Avionics Technician for a 6+ Months Contract to hire role with one of our Automotive Industry Leading Client in North Charleston, SC . The ideal candidate would be someone with prior experience to inspect, overhaul, rework, modification, troubleshooting of Aerospace equipment.

Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour on W2( all inclusive), the salary range may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors .

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide Dedicated IFE Support for Boeing 787 at Boeing’s Charleston, SC location.
• Inspect, overhaul, rework, modification, troubleshooting of Aerospace equipment
• Document work performed in Velocity if/as required
• Perform daily status update with Thales and Boeing SM
• Detailed rework documentation per NC via Snagmaster
• Tool and FOD check

Typical Day:

• 2 – 5 planes in the factory and they have to go out and check the status of the plane.
• What issues need to be resolved.
• They do not touch the systems they just coordinate and troubleshoot the planes.
• Network help check. Figure out why the network is not connecting and resolve it.
• Run Manual network test.
• Final Assembly
• Minimum 8 hours per day labor
