As a Barista at Ivy Cafe, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and care.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café space.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring the café is always ready to shine.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
We’re seeking someone with:
- 1 year of barista experience or similar experience in a café/coffee shop setting.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-driven, motivated, and trustworthy attitude (we value team players!).
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
