Ready to shape the future of skincare in the U.S. market?
This is a rare opportunity to lead disruptive innovation in the beauty and dermatology space—combining the energy of a startup with the stability and backing of a globally established brand. With a recent launch in a major beauty retailer and aggressive plans for growth, the company is expanding its U.S. footprint and looking for a high-impact Brand Manager to help accelerate that momentum.
About the Company
Founded in Spain over 50 years ago, the company is a global leader in dermatology-based skincare, known for blending pharmaceutical science with luxury-quality products. Its portfolio includes category-leading brands sold across Europe and Latin America, with particular strength in Spain and Mexico.
The U.S. business, launched 8 years ago and originally focused on physician-dispensed channels, is now transitioning into direct-to-consumer and retail—selling through its own .com, Amazon, and most recently, a national beauty retailer. With strong international R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams, the company is uniquely positioned to scale quickly and disrupt the U.S. market.
About the Role
The Brand Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing, U.S., and will play a critical role in shaping and executing the brand’s growth strategy in the American market. This position oversees end-to-end brand management—including product innovation, launch planning, marketing execution, and performance analysis—with a strong focus on consumer-centricity and digital-first execution.
