Position: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Relocation Assistance Available)

Compensation: 150,000 to 220,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

About the Role:

I've been retained by a large GC hiring an experienced Superintendent, PM, Sr. PM, or Project Engineer to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in the Phoenix area. This is a direct-hire opportunity with one of the nation's top general contractors, offering fast interview access with executive leadership and support for relocation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage field operations from pre-construction through project closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety, and drive the project schedule
• Ensure high standards for quality, site logistics, and jobsite communication
• Lead daily field meetings and maintain consistent communication with project managers and ownership
• Mentor junior field staff and maintain a solutions-first jobsite culture

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large commercial construction projects
• Track record of leading full-scope ground-up builds with strong scheduling and field coordination skills
• Clear communicator and team leader who can build trust with clients, trades, and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable working on fast-paced projects with high expectations for quality and execution

Preferred:

• Open to all large-scale commercial project experience (e.g. healthcare, education, office, retail, mixed-use)
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and digital field management tools
