As part of this continued growth, they are currently looking for a Contract Manager. Working closely with the Director of Operations and VP Preconstruction, this role will be responsible for writing and reviewing contracts, tracking changes, resolving disputes, supporting the PM's, preparing reports and, ultimately, spearheading compliance for both in-house and third-party GC projects.
They are looking for Contract Managers with 5+ years' experience and with at least some experience working on third-party GC/CM contracts.
