Job Summary  

We’re seeking a Curriculum Engagement Specialist to serve as an expert on our math curriculum and represent our brand to schools, educators, and homeschool communities. In this highly collaborative and dynamic role, you will lead professional development, support implementation of programs, and contribute to marketing and customer engagement efforts, helping educators and families teach math with confidence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

Professional development and implementation:  

• Deliver in-person and virtual professional development workshops to schools and educators using our curriculum. 
• Provide on-site and virtual support for curriculum implementation and ongoing support. 
• Serve as lead trainer for select partner schools

Curriculum expertise and support:  

• Serve as an internal and external expert on our curriculum. 
• Respond to in-person customer inquiries related to curriculum content, scope, and pedagogy. 
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to support curriculum-related requests. 

Marketing and brand representation:  

• Be a first point of contact for schools inquiring about our programs. 
• Represent the company at national and regional education conferences.
• Serve as a brand ambassador through public-facing content, including participating in videos and social media. 
• Contribute to website resources (FAQs, information pages, blogs, video scripts) that support customer understanding of the curriculum. 

Collaboration and special projects:  

• Work closely with our production and sales teams to ensure alignment between customer feedback and product evolution. 
• Stay current with trends and best practices in math education and professional learning. 

Required Qualifications  

• 4+ years of elementary teaching experience (grades K–5), with a focus on math instruction 
• Strong understanding of math pedagogy
• Outstanding communication and writing skills
• Confident and engaging public speaker 
• Comfortable and natural on camera for video content 
• Ability to travel up to 50% of workdays for school visits and conferences 
• Collaborative and adaptable team member 

Preferred Qualifications  

• Master's degree in education strongly preferred 
• Familiarity with the Singapore Math approach 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. 
• Strong technology skills

Compensation  

$75,000 - $90,000 commensurate on experience 

Full benefits package, including medical and dental, retirement plan, and more. 

Applicants must live in Oregon or Washington.
