Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors and is instrumental in ensuring a positive customer experience at our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional, courteous manner
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Manage service requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
  • Maintain resident files and update CRM software with accurate information
  • Support leasing and property management teams with administrative tasks
  • Assist with scheduling maintenance and vendor appointments
  • Help coordinate resident events and communications
  • Ensure the front office and common areas remain tidy and welcoming

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Bilingual skills a plus
