Responsibilities: "Ideal employee" is someone who knows the relevant industry content and can apply that knowledge to complete the tasks of their assigned job role. - Execute food preparation, menu planning, and food sanitation activities.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and provide customer service.
- Support dining room operations, coordinate meal delivery, and communicate with residents for specialty orders.
- Be willing to take on other duties and assignments within the scope of your knowledge and experience.
Qualifications: - Experience in Long Term Care Dietary Department is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable while handle multiple priorities.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
