A client of Insight Global is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee national field operations.

Overview:

This role is responsible for leading field service operations across the U.S., ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and a strong client experience. Reporting directly to the President, the Director will drive strategy, manage regional teams, and foster a culture aligned with the company’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor regional managers and field teams.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple service regions.
• Track KPIs and implement performance improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service consistency.
• Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in operations leadership, preferably in maintenance or service industries.
• Proven experience managing multi-location field teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or certifications a plus.
