Mike Cox of Robert Half is currently recruiting a newly created Finance Director opportunity for a Global Company in Los Angeles.

The Finance Director will play a strategic role supporting the Corporate VP Finance carrying responsibilities across Accounting, Finance and Operations. A key attribute will be how the Finance Director is able to cross leverage a variety of teams and business partnering. You will be a key liaison between a variety of different divisions and departments.

You will have a strength of building relationships, outlining expected duties and tasks with clear communication and roll out business processes and controls to bring alignment.

To be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent post-graduate certification (preferred).
• 5+years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in operations-heavy, manufacturing, logistics, or private equity-backed environments.
• Proven experience with rolling forecasts, flash forecasting, scenario modeling, and data visualization.
• Proficiency with financial systems such as SAP, Adaptive Planning, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills across both executive and operational audiences.
• Demonstrated success leading teams in multi-site / centralized environments.

Compensation: Base Salary ($150,000 - $175,000 + Bonus (roughly 20% of base salary) + benefits
