Job Title: Director of Technology

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite)

The Director of Technology will lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide technology systems. This role is responsible for ensuring that IT infrastructure, applications, and digital tools support business goals, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the organization.

:Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with company business objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships, technology contracts, and IT budgets.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, analytics, and system integrations.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong background in enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, data governance, and digital transformation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
