About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, compiling, and producing accurate applicable documentation in the most timely and efficient manner and ensuring quality management system records are filed accurately and timely for company retrieval.

Responsibilities

  • Create, compile, and produce applicable product and process documentation, including project data books.
  • Collect and provide correct documentation for the creation of data books to the customers.
  • Scan and file data and documents according to the department system in correct files.
  • Review new projects and creating inspection record forms accordingly.
  • Issue and distribute inspection and test forms and plans, according to the requirements by the router package.
  • Review components documentation for compliance with drawing requirements.
  • Communicate with internal departments and suppliers for documentation and record request when missing.
  • Create hard copies and electronic copies of applicable department documentation.
  • Comply with all Logan Industries QMS and HSE procedures and policies.
  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of document control preferred
  • Prior office environment experience preferred

Required Skills

  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Advanced computer literacy (either through training or experience).
  • General knowledge of office procedures and machinery.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in a document control role.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems.
