Employee Benefits Account Representative - Hybrid - Woodland Hills, CA

A reputable independent insurance agency with over three decades in the business seeks a passionate Employee Benefits Account Representative to join its collaborative team. Priding themselves on fostering a positive client experience, valuing employee well-being through flexible scheduling, and actively participating in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Account Managers
• Ensure policies are accurate and compliant with the agreed-upon coverage requirements.
• Assist clients with enrollment and give accurate information regarding benefits
• Handling inbound calls from clients, assisting with benefit plans, processing enrollments, etc.
• Help coordinate annual open enrollment meetings
• Utilize agency management software to document all activity

What we need from you:

• 2-3+ years of employee benefits experience in a brokerage/insurance setting
• Active CA Life & Health Insurance License
• Benefit Point and Ease experience is a plus!
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
