🏆 Enterprise Account Executive | AI SaaS | $150k–$175k Base + Equity | SF or Remote

KTS Group is hiring on behalf of a top-tier Series B-backed AI voice platform to find a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive ready to break into complex, high-value accounts. If you're skilled in multi-threaded sales, confident leading with value, and thrive in a high-rigor sales culture—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Run complex enterprise deals from prospecting through to technical validation and commercial negotiation
• Qualify using MEDDPICC —map influence, drive urgency, and de-risk forecasts
• Lead with value: articulate platform ROI clearly to executive-level decision makers
• Work closely with AI engineers to demonstrate technical fit and drive solution design
• Balance long-term strategic selling with aggressive short-term execution

You’re a Fit If You:

• ✅ Have 4–8 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
• ✅ Have closed $100k–$1M+ ACV deals in the enterprise or upper mid-market
• ✅ Have sold to multiple personas across product, engineering, IT, ops, and finance
• ✅ Are a MEDDPICC master —this is how you qualify, forecast, and win
• ✅ Are confident with value-based sales frameworks like Command of the Message
• ✅ Have worked at a startup and don’t wait for perfect conditions
• ⭐️ Bonus if you’ve sold AI, contact center, dev tools, or voice tech platforms
• ⭐️ Strategic, coachable, curious, and obsessed with learning and improving

Role Details:

• 💰 Salary: $150k–$175k base + equity (~$60–$80k on $270M valuation)
• 🏢 Location: SF preferred, remote possible for top-tier candidates
• ❌ Visa sponsorship available only for exceptional applicants
• 🕒 Full-time | Reports to the Head of Sales
