Executive Assistant

Golden Equity Investments – Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Compensation : $50,000–$60,000 base + potential performance bonuses

Employment Type : Full-time (1099), 9 AM–6 PM with flexibility for weekends as needed

In partnership with The Kick-Assistant, Golden Equity Investments is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy professional to serve as a true partner to our executive—not just a “paper pusher.” While prior Executive Assistant experience is highly valued, we are equally open to candidates with backgrounds in real estate operations, transaction coordination, or other operational roles who are eager to step into a hybrid EA/operations position.

If you have strong organizational skills, a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and the drive to take ownership of projects, we can train you on our specific calendar and email management systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable with hybrid work (in-office in Atlanta as needed), and is equally effective working independently or alongside the executive.

This role is for someone who wants to be deeply invested in the success and growth of the business—not just clocking in and out. Real estate moves fast, and opportunities don’t always happen between 9 and 5. While the schedule is primarily Monday–Friday, we’re looking for someone flexible and willing to be available on occasional evenings or weekends when the business demands it. In return, you’ll be part of high-impact projects, work directly with the CEO, and have a real hand in driving the company forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive’s calendar, email, and time, ensuring priorities are met and deadlines are hit.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Learn the basics of each business department to identify the right talent and support cross-functional operations.
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required).
  • Support marketing initiatives, including coordination of materials and tracking campaigns.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as data entry, expense tracking, and document preparation.
  • Use tools such as Gmail, Discord, DocuSign, and Excel to manage communications and workflows.
  • Act as a sounding board for the executive—providing honest feedback, identifying gaps, and offering solutions.
  • Proactively anticipate needs, troubleshoot problems, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

  • Prior Executive Assistant, operations, or real estate transaction coordination experience preferred.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong technology skills and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to push back and provide constructive input.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Experience in real estate or marketing a plus, but not required.
