As a(n) Employee Development Spec you will:
The Mechanical Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on mechanical skills and certification for technicians involved in the production of mechanical assemblies.
This role includes assessing the effectiveness of training content, conducting workplace coaching, and collaborating with business partners to identify and implement performance development opportunities.
The instructor will ensure that all training aligns with company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence in the classroom and lab settings.
Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives.
Designs and develops course content and instructional materials.
Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements.
Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives.
Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.
Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.
Required experience:
- Mechanical experience
- Instruction/training experience (leading groups, conducting training courses, building training content, coaching)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $35 Per Hour/$40 Per Hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
