The firm is looking for an attorney with at least 2 years of family law experience who can confidently manage their own caseload, while benefiting from the resources and support of the firm.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of family law experience (Arizona-specific experience preferred)
• Strong courtroom presence and case management skills
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently but thrive in a collaborative, low-micromanagement setting

Benefits & Compensation:

• Highly competitive salary: $110,000–$130,000 base, plus bonus (typically adds ~1/3 to total comp)
