Financial Services Business Development Representative

We’re seeking a Financial Services Business Development Representative to develop and strengthen partnerships within the financial industry. In this role, you’ll connect with organizations across investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, trading, private equity, venture capital, and consulting to create hiring opportunities for early-career professionals.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, working closely with one other professional to build and maintain strong employer relationships and support engagement initiatives.

Pay: $30–$40 per hour

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week | 9:00 AM start

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (at least 2 days onsite)

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage financial services organizations interested in hiring early-career talent for internships or full-time roles
• Cultivate partnerships with domestic and international employers aligned with recruiting goals
• Conduct research to expand the employer network across investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, and related sectors
• Coordinate and support employer engagement activities such as company presentations, coffee chats, and networking events
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless employer experience

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have:

• Recruiting experience within the Financial Services industry
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to coordinate events and partnerships in a hybrid environment

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with early-career or campus recruiting environments
• Experience supporting partnership or business development initiatives
• Event planning and outreach strategy
