Are you energized by connecting people to meaningful careers? Do you enjoy building relationships, creating recruiting strategies, and helping others find their place in a company with purpose? Daniels Construction is looking to add a Recruiter who will play a key role in shaping our workforce and strengthening our culture as we continue to grow.

This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact, not just by filling roles, but by building pathways, growing talent pipelines, and representing a company where every employee is also an owner.

How will you contribute:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer brand and recruitment materials
• Support internal culture and communication initiatives, including employee newsletters and engagement efforts
• Ensure compliance with hiring laws, documentation, and federal contractor requirements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience (construction or skilled trades a plus)
• Passion for connecting people to purpose-driven work
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with interest in employer branding and recruiting content
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively with hiring teams
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for events, school visits, and job sites
• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

What's in it for you?

At Daniels, you're more than an employee — you're an employee-owner. We're committed to supporting you at every stage of career and life.

Ownership & Financial Security

• 100% Paid Employee Premium Medical Insurance
• $4/hr. Contribution to 401(k)
• $1/hr. (minimum) Contribution to Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
• Life Insurance & Disability Insurance

Career Growth & Balance

• Competitive wages
• Professional development and industry involvement opportunities
• Exposure to workforce development, strategic HR, and employer branding
• Opportunities for advancement in a family- and employee-owned company
• Work/life balance and a supportive team environment

Community & Culture

• Volunteer opportunities and industry partnership involvement
• A culture built on grit, growth, family, quality, and integrity
• A company where your ideas shape the future not just the process
