Overview : A global medical company is hiring for a Senior HR Generalist to join their North Atlanta campus (Sandy Springs/Norcross). This role reports directly to the VP of HR and will oversee a broad range of HR functions throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from staffing support, employee relations, performance management, record keeping, HR policies and compliance, and smooth offboarding. Seeking a customer service HR mindset, serving as a trusted partner to employees and management alike, effectively balancing day-to-day operations with strategic workforce initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry
• In-depth knowledge of various HR disciplines, including talent management, succession planning, organizational culture, and compliance
• Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with contemporary HRIS platforms and digital workplace tools
