Job Description

Location: Addison, TX

Compensation: $55k base + bonuses + commission

Schedule: 100% On-Site, M-F, 8-5

Must have: MUST carry an ACTIVE General Lines - Life, Accident, and Health (LA&H) license

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Product Lifecycle: From ideation to launch and iteration, you'll drive the strategy and roadmap for key product areas.
  • Be the User Advocate: Deeply understand user needs through research, data analysis, and direct feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver exceptional products.
  • Define and Analyze: Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories. Define KPIs and analyze product performance to inform future iterations.
  • Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table, ensuring our platform remains cutting-edge.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Product Management Experience: You have a track record of successfully launching and scaling impactful products.
  • Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture while also diving into the details.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: You're comfortable using data and analytics to guide your product decisions.
  • Excellent Communicator: You can articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for Health Tech (or ability to quickly learn!): While not required, an interest in healthcare technology is a plus.
