Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading, and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. It also plays a critical role in risk management and control, helping to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched, or market entered, Operations develops the processes and controls that make business flow.
• As part of our team, you will support key operational functions and contribute to the firm's strategic goals through data-driven insights, process improvements, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Manage monthly budget allocations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Be entrepreneurial - you will be encouraged to share your thoughts on how to develop and improve processes.
• Leverage your risk & control mind-set to regularly review operational processes to mitigate risk and identify opportunities to further strengthen the control environment.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, or risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
