Associate Attorney – General Liability | Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, only 2 days in Office)

A leading national litigation firm is looking to add an experienced Associate Attorney to its General Liability Practice Group based in Los Angeles, California . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative legal team that handles high-profile, complex civil litigation across a range of industries.

Our firm is known for its deep expertise in toxic torts, product liability, transportation, premises liability, and commercial litigation . With a client-focused and team-based approach, we provide strategic legal counsel to local and national clients throughout California and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a litigation caseload independently from start to finish
• Represent clients in both local and national matters across California
• Conduct and defend depositions, including those of expert witnesses
• Prepare discovery responses, motions, pleadings, and court filings
• Collaborate on trial strategy and provide trial support
• Maintain organized and accurate billing records

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 years of experience in product liability, transportation, aviation, or premises liability
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the California Bar
• Strong experience in depositions and motion practice
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex matters
• Excellent research, writing, and multitasking skills
