Job Description

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate II for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Irvine, CA 92612 . Details of the position are as follows:

Shift Information:

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Fully Onsite, W2 Position)
• Pay range starts at $30+/hr!
• 12-Month contract to start, extension or conversion beyond that is based on performance and budget at that time.

Job Description:

• Position is primarily responsible for executing cGMP biologics manufacturing operations, including cell culture, buffer/media prep, and purification.
• Position will also be responsible for operating specialized manufacturing equipment (e.g. bioreactors, chromatography systems, AKTA) and performing sampling, autoclaving, and inventory management.
• Position will be in charge of following GMP procedures, maintaining compliance documentation, and collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Materials teams to support production goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field is Required!
• 2–5 years of biologics manufacturing experience is Required!
• Experience with bioreactor operations and ATKTA systems is Required!
• Knowledge of GMPs, aseptic technique, and buffer/media preparation is Required!
• Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification is Preferred!
