Job Summary:

In this role, you will support the planning and logistics of physician training programs. You will coordinate event logistics, manage documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training sessions. This position requires strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills, with experience in logistics or event coordination in a professional environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics for physician training programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with schedules.
• Manage event documentation, communications, and associated administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure proper setup, tracking, and delivery of materials.
• Utilize tools such as Cvent, Notion, Avery, and Coupa (preferred) to support event planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Track event-related expenses and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in planning and logistics workflows.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong organizational and event logistics coordination skills.
• Proficiency with planning and logistics tools such as Cvent, Notion, Avery; Coupa experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams and with vendors.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in logistics, event planning, or administrative support in an enterprise-level environment.
