My client, a high-growth telehealth startup, is seeking a proactive and organized Office Receptionist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is energized by a high-volume, team-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments
• Coordinate real-time communication between field-based medical assistants and office staff
• Validate insurance coverage and confirm patient information before visits
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare, call center, or administrative support role
• Strong communication skills and a professional, patient-centered approach
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Self-starter who is comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized

Schedule:

• Shifts available: Monday–Thursday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
• Sunday availability is a plus
