We’re building something new at the intersection of identity, discourse, and decentralized systems (crypto / web3) — and we’re looking for curious, mission-driven engineers to help shape the foundation.

As an early member of the technical team, you’ll work across the stack to design and build systems that enable private and public expression in a novel way. You’ll have ownership, creative input, and the opportunity to influence architecture and product direction from the ground up.

• Design and build core systems (backend or full stack, depending on your strength)
• Collaborate on product features across real-time communication, media, and trust mechanisms
• Work with the founding team to prototype, test, and iterate quickly
• Help shape technical culture and engineering standards

• Have experience building and scaling systems (e.g. backend services, messaging infra, media handling, auth, etc.)
• Are comfortable shipping 0→1 products with incomplete specs and ambiguous constraints
• Care about privacy, online expression, and building better digital spaces
• Are excited to work in a small, fast-moving team

• Experience with identity systems, cryptographic primitives, or zero-knowledge proofs
• Familiarity with real-time communication protocols or content delivery
• Interest in decentralized networks or alternative social platforms
