Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored mortgage solutions 

- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation 

- Collaborate with underwriters and processors to facilitate swift loan approvals 

- Build lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support 

- Conduct credit analysis, income verification, and negotiate loan terms to meet client needs 

- Stay informed on mortgage regulations, market trends, and competitive products 

- Maintain precise records of all transactions in compliance with company policies 

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, loan origination, and underwriting preferred 

- Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations 

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills 

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-energy team environment 

- Proficiency in mortgage software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite 

- Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through NMLS is required 

- Knowledge of FNMA guidelines and Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable 

- Strong analytical skills for credit assessment and risk evaluation
