Role Overview:

Support the Tech Philanthropy Program across the Americas by coordinating events, volunteer efforts, and internal communications. Work closely with internal stakeholders and teams to execute community engagement and skill-based volunteering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end Tech Philanthropy programs: volunteer sourcing, training, and nonprofit engagement.
• Plan and manage events, including logistics, materials, invoicing, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Legal, Comms) to ensure smooth execution.
• Track and report program metrics and success indicators.
• Support global and regional volunteering and recruitment events.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, or communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with copywriting and proofreading abilities.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, multitasking, and deadline-driven environments.
• Proficient with MS Office, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Zoom, and design tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Team player with a collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
