Guided by our values: integrity, collaboration, growth, justice, and respect, we strive to create a world where all visionary founders can thrive. Learn more at

About this Role

Inspire Access is seeking a mission-driven, values-aligned Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our growing community of underrepresented founders. Reporting to the COO, this individual will play a critical role in furthering our mission by managing founder relationships, supporting the philanthropic investment process, and ensuring we deliver high-impact, justice-centered support to the companies and funds we champion.

With a deep commitment to our shared purpose of expanding access to capital for those historically excluded, this Program Manager will lead sourcing and investment diligence in close collaboration with our Investment Committee, guide founders through the philanthropic capital-raising journey, and manage processes from submission to disbursement. They will also track impact, gather feedback, and amplify the voices of our community through thoughtful reporting and engagement.

This is a hybrid role based in Potomac, MD, with up to two days per week in-office and occasional travel to events in the DMV area.

We’d Love To Meet You If:

You bring 5+ years of experience in impact investing, venture philanthropy, nonprofit management, or founder support, with a passion for expanding access to capital for underrepresented entrepreneurs.

You thrive in external-facing roles and confidently represent organizations as a public speaker. Your background may include managing diligence processes, supporting early-stage companies, reviewing investment agreements, and/or building relationships with founders, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.

You're a natural connector with a strong ecosystem network who excels at helping founders navigate fundraising. Fast-paced, early-stage environments energize you, and you approach everything with a people-first mindset.

If this sounds like you, please be sure to review the application instructions at the bottom of this ad.
