We’re seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple fiber optic network construction projects (FTTH/FTTx) across various U.S. markets. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on project execution.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the execution of fiber build programs from start to finish—planning, design, permitting, construction, and close-out
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
• Manage vendor partners responsible for OSP design and construction—ensure high-quality and timely deliverables
• Drive performance metrics, especially customer home-passed goals, while managing cost, quality, and schedule
• Oversee compliance with local permitting, regulatory, and municipal requirements
• Facilitate deployment meetings internally and externally to maintain alignment and momentum
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project tracking
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor project managers and field supervisors as needed

✅ What You Bring:

• Proven experience managing FTTH/FTTx network construction programs , especially in customer-facing roles
• Deep understanding of OSP infrastructure , fiber routing, permitting, and construction workflows
• Track record of success managing multi-market programs and hitting SLAs/home-passed targets
• Strong leadership in vendor oversight, contract execution, and field operations
• Excellent communication skills—capable of working with clients, engineers, field crews, and local authorities
• Proficiency with interpreting construction drawings, budgets, schedules, and fiber maps
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities; capable of juggling multiple large-scale projects
• Ability to troubleshoot roadblocks, drive solutions, and lead teams through complex challenges

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, Business, or related field – or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications project/program management with emphasis on fiber builds and OSP
