Job Description

MAST is a professional services firm that offers Project Management, Owner’s Representative and Construction Management services. This position works with Senior Management and reports directly to the Senior Project Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & manage overall project files and systems.
• Utilize MAST PM software.
• Manage all project Requests for information (RFI’s).
• Manage all project submittals & shop drawings.
• Attend project meeting minutes and distribute minutes from meetings.
• Take weekly progress photos.
• Construction Inspection.
• Construction Scheduling.
• Quality Control/Quality Assurance.

Training & Experience Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. engineering, or related field with emphasis on construction management.)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Project.

Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of basic building design and construction systems.
• Knowledge of construction estimating.
• Ability to read construction documents and specification manuals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to be a member of a dedicated team..
• Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in working with computers and other types of technology.
• Energetic, highly motivated, self-starter.
