Title: Project Manager (Wholesale Banking)

Rate: $73-$75/hour W2

Duration: 18 month contract

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Wholesale Banking, preferably with commercial lending expertise. The ideal candidate will manage a vendor-run, data-centric application project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Wholesale Banking, with strong preference for commercial lending knowledge.
• Demonstrated success managing projects involving third-party vendors and data-focused applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for a vendor-operated, data-centric application.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Wholesale Banking and Commercial Lending to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and leadership to track project progress, risks, and issues.
• Engage with the Business Unit to clearly understand the scope of services, including business and performance expectations from the supplier.
• Monitor third-party service relationships to manage risks, ensure quality service delivery, maintain internal client satisfaction, improve operational efficiencies, and achieve target cost savings.
• Manage complex or high-risk vendor relationships, particularly those providing multiple or high-risk services to the bank.
• Drive thorough project documentation, reporting, and communication across multiple teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
