Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, particularly Agile, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively while ensuring quality standards are met.

Duties:

  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Trello and Primavera to monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Implement quality management processes to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize earned value management techniques to assess project performance against budget and timeline.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on engineering or technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and quality management principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to projects.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Trello and Primavera is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
