Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee HR Functions:Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and employee relations for regional stores.
  • Customer Service and Diversity:Ensure that stores meet customer service requirements and diversity standards.
  • Talent Acquisition:Support initiatives in recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and training high-caliber store personnel.
  • Professional Relationships:Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, military job placement centers, and employment agencies.
  • Risk & Safety Management:Monitor and assist in managing risk and safety activities.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Advisory Role:Advise the Regional Manager on HR-related matters and help develop annual business plans.
  • Investigations:Investigate complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

What We're Lookin For:

  • Experience:1-2 years of experience in multi-unit/field HR management, preferably in the retail industry, managing HR functions for a company with 200+ employees.
  • Skills:Strong selling, coaching, training, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Talent Development:Ability to assess and develop talent.
  • Organizational Skills:Excellent time management, prioritization, delegation, and organizational skills.
  • Leadership:Ability to motivate and lead functional teams to deliver results.
You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM Certification is a plus.
