Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Position Summary: The primary duty of the position is Capital Litigation: Represent the State of Florida in all capital cases filed with the Florida Supreme Court and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
