Catelli Brothers Family of Foods , a family-owned company established for over 75 years and specialized in the processing and marketing of veal, beef and lamb products, is looking for a Senior Engineering Project Manager.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and the corporate project lead, the Senior Engineering Project Manager will manage and implement various projects related to production operations management and expansion. Candidate will work closely with the maintenance and production departments to ensure the successful completion of the various projects.
Main challenges:
- Plant expansions.
- Equipment installations to maximize and optimize production including work processes.
- New technology installations and designs, including mechanization and/or robotization.
- Project design, including plans, budgets and supplier relations.
- Processes related to occupational health and safety prevention and committee participation.
Professional Profile :
- Relevant technical training in mechanical and industrial engineering.
- Experience in the private manufacturing sector.
- Ability to manage a small project team.
- Leader, collaborator and team-builder.
- Results-oriented.
- Ability to manage several projects at several sites at the same time.
- Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement processes, such as Kaizen, 6 Sigma, etc.
- Experience in project budget management.
- Make presentations on capex (ROI) with Gantt charts, etc.
- Be present on the operations floor.
- Autonomous and resourceful.
- Energetic, dynamic and innovative.
