As a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves with a smile. From taking orders to delivering meals, your role is all about creating an enjoyable and seamless dining experience for our customers. If you have at least one year of experience in a similar role and a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: - Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff. - Deliver meals and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. - Provide attentive service, addressing guest needs and resolving any issues with care. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - 1 year of experience in a similar position (restaurant, café, or hospitality setting). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and colleagues. - A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service. - The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
