Job Summary:
Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: Client Advertising empowers advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through search marketing, display, video, sale side platform (SSP), demand side platform (DSP), and gaming solutions across Client Advertising’s platforms.
Key projects: We are seeking a Social Media Manager to help support the day-to-day operations of our social media channel. This role will be part of the broader content marketing team, so the individual will need to work closely with numerous other teams and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class social content across many products and advertising solution areas.
Our ideal candidate brings to the team a fun and positive attitude where challenges are met with a growth mindset. This individual should be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail. Core responsibilities will include processing new social requests, organizing the content calendar, and scheduling posts across core social channels. Additional duties may include stakeholder management, reporting, and content development. All work will support the growth of our social channels where we will develop and deliver highly relevant and engaging social content to our audiences.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 75% monitoring new requests in ticket system (planning replying etc.), 20% community management, 5% meetings.

Candidate Requirements:
Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: NO degree is required to be eligible for this role. Ideal degree: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or related field 2+ years public relations, marketing, community management, social media management, or communications experience OR equivalent experience.
Disqualifiers: Candidates with NO Social Media experience will not be eligible for the role.
Technical expertise: All major social platforms, Sprinklr, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
Best vs. Average: Strong understanding of social media channels – LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube. product-relevant industry experience (e.g., gaming, entertainment). B2B Social media experience. Strong writing skills, editing experience. Ready to be very collaborative and work with a team.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on how they meet deadlines and quality of work, communication speed, performance of socials, team feedback.

1. Minimum 2 years managing multiple social media channels/managing social media calendar

Title: Marketing Assistant 2
Location: Fully Remote
Pay: $33 - $38/hour
Type: 6 Month Contract (Expected to go full 18 months)
