Subcontractor Compliance Administrator Job Summary Responsible in ensuring subs have met all compliance requirements prior to invoice approval Process accounts payable for subcontractor invoices, and work with the Compliance Manager to ensure all applicable compliance requirements have been received prior to issuing payments. Assist with completing the monthly close process, ensuring all subcontractor bills and project costs are processed or rejected. Assist in resolving subcontractor disputes. Assist with all internal and external audit requests as needed. Skills & Requirements The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional written and verbal communication abilities and general office skills. Data entry skills and proficiency with databases and computer applications, including MS office. Must follow established procedures and execute directions to completion. Able to work independently, with some oversight, and in team environment. Must have excellent work ethic and be dependable, adaptable, cooperative, and motivated to take on new responsibilities. General understanding of construction processes and terminology Familiarity with California Lien Law and related documentation requirements General knowledge of prevailing wages preferred Ability to build relationships with trade partners and drive alignment with internal processes.
