Test Technician – Job Description:

Seeking a Test Technician to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Candidates should have a high school diploma with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or 1–2 years with technical school training.
• Must have electrical knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience using digital multimeters (DMM).
• Preferred experience includes performing preventive maintenance and working with testing platforms such as ICT, FCT, GT, or HT.
• 2+ years of direct experience working in automated assembly involving all or some of the following processes: SMT, through hole, adhesive dispense, automated assembly, ultrasonic welding
• Hands on experience with optimizing processes and automated equipment
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
