The applicable hourly wage range for this role is $24.03-$26.44 per hour, with additional monthly sales bonuses based on sales results and your client impact. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
