Panel Fabrication & Welding Technician
We are seeking a hardworking and skilled Welder / General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to work hands-on in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on welding, fabrication, and material handling to support the production of advanced construction systems.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG/TIG welding, cutting, and metal fabrication (training provided if needed) Assemble and build components for advanced construction panels and systems Operate power tools, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment Assist in setting up, modifying, and maintaining production lines and machinery Move and handle heavy materials safely throughout the shop and yard Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and scissor lifts (training provided) Support mechanical assembly, layout, and installation tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety proceduresExperience & Qualifications
Welding or metal fabrication experience preferred (MIG/TIG or similar) Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or equipment operation a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working on your feet all day Forklift, telehandler, or scissor lift experience a plus (certification provided) Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a growing shop environmentWhy Join Us - This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing manufacturing operation working with innovative materials, equipment, and processes.
