Job Description

Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager (Total Rewards) – Remote (U.S. Based)

Industry: Manufacturing (Preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote (U.S.) with periodic travel (approx. 2–4x/year)

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and benchmark compensation to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Lead annual salary, merit, and bonus processes
  • Manage benefit programs including health, 401(k), life, disability, and wellness
  • Partner with vendors, ensure compliance (ACA, ERISA, audits), and support Open Enrollment
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and leadership

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years in compensation and benefits (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
  • CCP or CBP certifications a bonus
