The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Producer who thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll be the go-to person for bringing brand and marketing campaigns to life — sourcing and managing vendors, guiding creative direction, and making sure we hit the mark across every medium.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end production process across video, paid ads, organic content, email, sales materials, and more
• Source and manage external vendors, freelancers, and production partners
• Translate marketing strategy into creative concepts that stand out to professional creators
• Get hands-on when needed — from reviewing edits and copy to jumping in on shoot days
• Ensure all creative output meets a high bar for quality, relevance, and brand consistency
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and campaign pivots as we scale
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to align on goals

• You’ve produced standout creative work — ideally in-house, at an agency, or for a brand with a creative-first culture
• You’re scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• You’re a strong executor who can manage timelines, budgets, and creative teams with confidence
• You thrive in a startup environment and aren’t rattled by changing priorities or fast turnarounds
• You understand what resonates with professional content creators — and how to capture their attention
• You care deeply about the work and sweat the details
