Duration: 7+ months (Possible Extension)

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour on W2

Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative for company, the role focuses on delivering high-quality support via phone and email, resolving user issues efficiently, and assisting with technical navigation of the company platform. Key responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, assisting with account access, supporting program-specific questions, and guiding users through Health Surveys. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude in a hybrid work environment.

Shift Available:

  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Highlights:

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Guide users through registration, login, and platform navigation
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalations and complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Perform outbound calls to support Health Survey completion

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of call center or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must have a private, hardwired home office setup (for remote work)
  • Background check and drug screening required
