Department purpose
The company is seeking a mid-level associate (3-5 years of experience) with experience in Life Sciences IP Litigation for our New York, Boston or D.C. offices.
Role purpose
The company seeks an accomplished associate to join our New York office with 3-5 years of experience focused on representing innovator pharmaceutical and biotech companies in IP Litigation.
The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $435,000 depending on the candidate's JD year. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package which includes a discretionary bonus, paid leave, life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
Team
This individual will report directly to the New York, Boston, and Washington DC IP Litigation partners. The team also works closely with other partners, associates and staff both in the U.S. and abroad.
Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience from a major law representing innovator pharmaceutical and biotech companies in IP Litigation as well as excellent academic credentials and a Life Sciences background.
