Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply & Demand Planning Consultant (Functional / Techno-Functional)

Location: Onsite – San Jose, CA or RTP, NC

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply & Demand Planning Consultant to support its engagement with Cisco . We are open to candidates with pure functional expertise or a techno-functional background. This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud solutions, hands-on experience with configuration and business process alignment, and ideally, technical know-how for report development and integration.

Key Responsibilities (Functional):

• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Supply & Demand Planning modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to demand forecasting, supply planning, constraint-based planning, and S&OP processes.
• Configure Oracle Cloud modules to support business scenarios such as forecasting, supply constraints, lead times, and safety stock planning.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize planning processes and system usage.
• Support UAT, end-user training, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams to manage support tickets and enhancements.

Additional Responsibilities (Techno-Functional – If Applicable):

• Design and develop custom reports, analytics, and dashboards using BI Publisher , OTBI , or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) .
• Support data migration, FBDI template creation, and interface development via OIC or other middleware tools.
• Troubleshoot planning engine issues and work on resolution of planning data discrepancies.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud (specifically Supply Planning and Demand Management modules).
• Deep understanding of planning parameters, planning strategies (constrained vs. unconstrained), sourcing rules, planning calendars, and lead time models.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning lifecycle and related business processes.
• Ability to engage directly with business users to gather requirements, provide training, and resolve issues.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Technical experience with OIC , BI Publisher , OTBI , FBDI , or ADF.
• Experience in high-volume enterprise environments like Cisco .
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Supply Chain Planning or SCM .
• Exposure to S&OP , forecasting algorithms , or machine-learning-based planning is a plus.

Additional Notes:

• Onsite role – must be available to work in San Jose, CA or RTP, NC .
• Preference given to candidates currently residing in CA/NC or neighboring states for quicker mobilization.
